Emberlyn Return & Refund Policy
We want you to love your Emberlyn purchase. If something isn't right, here's how returns and refunds work.
Return Window
You may request a return within 30 days of the delivery date shown in your shipping confirmation. Items must be unused, in their original packaging, and in the same condition you received them.
How to Start a Return
Email info@emberlynstore.com with your order number and the reason for the return. We'll issue you a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) and instructions for where to send the item. Returns sent without an RMA may be refused or delayed.
Return Shipping Costs
- If the item arrived defective, damaged, or incorrect, we cover return shipping and will send a replacement or full refund.
- If you're returning an item for any other reason (changed your mind, ordered the wrong size/color, etc.), return shipping is the customer's responsibility.
- Because our products ship directly from the manufacturer/warehouse, a restocking fee of up to 15% may apply to non-defective returns. This will be disclosed to you before your return is processed.
Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected by our supplier, we'll notify you of the approval status. Approved refunds are issued to your original payment method within 5–10 business days. Depending on your bank, it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your statement.
Damaged or Defective Items
Please inspect your order upon delivery. If an item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours with photos of the damage and the packaging. We'll arrange a replacement or full refund at no cost to you.
Non-Returnable Items
Custom or made-to-order items, clearance/final-sale items, and gift cards are not eligible for return unless defective.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled free of charge only if they have not yet been processed by our supplier for shipment. Once an order has shipped, it must go through the standard return process.
