Emberlyn Shipping Policy

Processing Time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days of purchase. You'll receive a confirmation email once your order has shipped, including tracking information when available.

Shipping Time
Because our products ship directly from our supplier network, delivery typically takes 5–10 business days after processing, depending on your location and the specific item ordered. Some items may ship in separate packages if your order includes products from multiple warehouses — this is normal and does not incur extra shipping charges.

Shipping Destinations
We currently ship within the United States only. We do not currently offer international shipping, including to the EU.

Order Tracking
Once your order ships, you'll receive a tracking number by email. Please allow up to 24–48 hours for tracking information to update after you receive it.

Lost or Delayed Packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery window, contact us at info@emberlynstore.com and we'll investigate with the carrier and our supplier.

Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to an incorrect address provided by the customer, but we'll do our best to help redirect a shipment if the carrier allows it.
