Grill arrived well packaged but did have ding that was thankfully on the back panel. Hard to tell if it was from the factory or happened in transit since no visible damage to the box. Assembly instructions contain pictures with very little text describing the process which seems to the norm. The assembly process was relatively straightforward and seemed to be well thought out since this took less time to assemble than other grills I have purchased. Metal panels are of adequate thickness making the grill feel rigid once fully assembled. Where the quality goes a bit downhill is in regards to the cooking grates. They are not robust at all and just seem low quality. The warming rack also just sets there with nothing really holding in place well. Overall it is a decent quality grill that I would consider purchasing again if it holds up. If that opinion changes I will update my review.
This VEVOR gas grill is a solid option if you want a larger propane grill without jumping into a much more expensive setup. The main cooking area has enough space for burgers, chicken, vegetables, and sides at the same time, and the warming rack is useful when some food finishes before the rest. The four main burners give good control over different heat zones. That makes it easier to sear on one side while keeping food warmer on the other. The side burner is also a nice feature for heating sauce, beans, corn, or a small pot without having to run back inside. The build quality is decent for the price. The carbon steel body feels sturdy enough once assembled, and the black finish looks clean on a patio. It is not a premium stainless grill, so I would keep it covered when not in use and stay on top of cleaning to help it last. The grates are functional and the removable grease tray makes cleanup easier than trying to scrub around the burners.Assembly takes some patience because this is a full-size grill with cabinets, shelves, burners, and wheels, but the finished grill feels practical. The side shelves give useful prep space, and the wheels make it easier to move around the patio when needed. The main drawbacks are that it is fairly large and not as refined as a higher-end grill. Some parts feel more budget-friendly, and I would not expect it to be maintenance-free outdoors.Overall, this is a good value for a 4-burner grill with a side burner, warming rack, cabinet space, and decent cooking area. It works well for family meals and casual backyard grilling.
Grill itself seems ok and holds a good temperature but check carefully as i discovered a dent in lid and base which must of occurred in the factory as the coating/paint was undamaged.

This grill presents itself as an excellent entry-level option for those looking to avoid the higher price tags associated with established brands. The unboxing experience was positive, with secure packaging ensuring all components arrived in good condition and were easily distinguishable. The inclusion of all necessary hardware and tools within the package was a considerate touch. While the initial assembly took around two hours, this was attributed to it being a first-time grill-building endeavor, with assistance becoming helpful towards the latter stages. The instruction manual, however, presented a challenge due to the fuzzy and unclear printing of its diagrams. Despite this, the overall construction was manageable, and the grill boasts a satisfyingly thick metal build. The functionality of the grill is noteworthy, featuring four main burners and an additional side burner, a feature particularly appreciated for tasks like boiling or during hurricane preparations. While the main burners performed flawlessly during testing, the self-igniter for the side burner proved to be non-operational, requiring the use of a match for ignition. The grilling surface itself is commendably large, offering a generous 425 square inches of space, making it well-suited for feeding a full family. The grill operates on propane, as expected. Visually, it possesses an attractive appearance and a solid feel, conveying a sense of durability. Considering its features, size, and design, this grill offers significant value and would also serve as a thoughtful gift for someone in need of a capable and well-designed barbecue. The inclusion of the side burner is a definite bonus, enhancing its versatility and the availability of 4 temperature control areas.
VEVOR Gas Grill, 4 Burner Propane Gas Grill with Side burner takes a bit of time to put together. You literally put everything together, my s.o. helped and did that task. While I havent used it yet since its still winter and the weather has be crazy. Everything fits fine but I would like to point out the cover for the side burner and one of the doors for the propane wer a tad bent. Hoping with time this will be fixed.
